In the low season it is requested a minimum stay of 3 days.
In the high season the chalet-mobilhomes are rent on weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be returned with following conditions:
- till 45 days before arrival 100% (net of bank fees)
- till 30 days before arrival 50% (after-bank fees)
- no refunds after these terms.
ARRIVAL
he keys of the Chalet - Mobile home are handed over to guests between h. 16:00 and h. 20:00 on the date of arrival.
In case of late arrival, the Chalet - Mobile home will be considered occupied until 12:00 o'clock of the following day.
On arrival all guests are requested to hand in an identity document.
DEPARTURE
On the date of departure the Chalet - Mobil home must be left between 8 and 10 am.
FINAL CLEANING
he kitchen stove and all cooking implements, crockery and tableware must be left clean. Failure to comply will incur a charge of € 30,--.
In addition, if guests have not adequately cleaned the general accommodation of the Chalet - Mobile home themselves before leaving, they will be asked to pay a further €50,--.
DEPOSIT
When you check in, we will ask for a caution of € 200,-- in cash as a guarantee. This will be returned to you on departure if no damages or losses are ascertained.
Only the guests registered into the chalet-mobilhomes can enter into the chalet - mobilhomes.
No admission for visitors without prior authorization from the reception is allowed. If admitted, they must leave their documents and pay the daily rate.
People surprised in the campsite without authorization will be reported to the judiciary authority for violation of domicile.
