TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY
ARRIVAL
the keys of the Chalet - Mobile home are handed over to guests between h. 16:00 and h. 20:00 on the date of arrival.
In case of late arrival, the Chalet - Mobile home will be considered occupied until 12:00 o'clock of the following day.
DEPARTURE
On the date of departure the Chalet - Mobile home must be left between 08:00 and 10:00 am.; guests are not allowed to leave before 08:00 am.
Guests leaving after 10:00 am will be charged one day more.
When guests return keys, the management has the right to verify whether the Chalet - Mobile home is properly clean, especially the kitchen and the dishes, and that there are no damages to the furniture.
LINEN
Bed linen, towels etc. are not provided by the campsite. Guests must provide their own.
Families with young children should use protective sheets on mattresses.
ANIMALS
animals are not allowed inside the Chalet - Mobile homes.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN inside the Chalet - Mobile homes.
Only the guests registered into the chalet-mobilhomes can enter into the chalet - mobilhomes.
